Canciones y actividades para recibir y acoger a los niños en las aulas
Cómo te sientes ahora que llega el momento, después de dos años, de volver a tu aula con los niños y niñas. Seguramente son muchas las emociones encontradas.
Cómo hacemos para recibirlos, más allá del cumplimiento de los protocolos de bioseguridad.
En este post te comparto algunas herramientas que te ayudarán para que puedas conectarte con ellos, y transmitirles seguridad. Así como tú, ellos también llegan con muchas emociones.
1. Nos preparamos para recibir a los niños y niñas
Es importante sentirnos seguras para transmitir seguridad a los niños, niñas y a sus familias.
En estos últimos años las medidas de cuidado físico nos han distanciado, nos han hecho ver al otro como un posible peligro. Hemos olvidado que somos seres sociales que necesitamos de los otros.
En estas semanas previas al recibimiento te animo a comenzar a cuidar de tu higiene mental, identificar cuáles son esos miedos inconscientes que pueden estar presentes y pueden limitarte para salir abierta a esos encuentros. Buenos encuentros que te potencien, fortalezcan y te permitan seguir creciendo.
Desde Nara hemos creado este curso gratuito “Me cuido para cuidar” donde ponemos a tu disposición herramientas para ayudarte en este proceso.
Así también te recomendamos que los días que recibirás a tus niños puedas tomarte unos minutos para respirar, tener un momento de calma y conexión contigo misma. Y desde esa conexión con tu ser puedas salir a conectarte con ellos.
Recuerda en ese primer encuentro los niños y sus familias te sentirán. Olerán tu miedo o tu seguridad.
2. Preparamos el espacio del aula y de la institución para recibir a los niños
Las medidas físicas que se han implementado para protegernos del COVID-19 y el cumplimiento de los protocolos de bioseguridad pueden hacer que olvidemos de preparar también un espacio bello, acogedor, con estructuras claras para que los niños se sientan seguros.
Como lo he dicho en el post anterior cuando digo bello no estoy pensando en un aula decorada como para una fiesta, sino en un espacio sencillo, acogedor, armónico que genere calma, envoltura, que transmita orden y límites.
En nuestro canal de YouTube en la lista de reproducción “Organización del espacio del aula” encontrarás muchas ideas que te servirán de inspiración en este proceso.
Por ejemplo en esta foto de un rincón “La casita” en un jardín Waldorf podemos notar como el uso de tela, los colores que usamos, los materiales naturales, la disposición de los objetos nos permite crear un espacio delicado, sencillo y a la vez bello y envolvente.
3. Creamos imágenes para que las medidas de seguridad física puedan vivenciarse desde un cuidado amoroso
Como lo he mencionado en estos últimos años las medidas de cuidado físico han sembrado miedo. Es necesario reducir el miedo. Para ello podemos echar mano de los recursos de la Pedagogía Waldorf para que las medidas de cuidado físico puedan vivenciarse desde imágenes bellas que transmiten alegría a los niños y forman parte de un cuidado amoroso en el que todos nos cuidamos.
Para recibir a los niños
Es necesario conectarnos con los niños antes de iniciar la jornada.
Aquí te dejamos dos propuestas Waldorf que pueden ayudarte.
Para el lavado de manos
Por ejemplo esta canción es maravillosa para un correcto lavado de manos. A través de la imagen de los peces y del juego que se va haciendo con la canción enseñamos a los niños a realizar un correcto lavado de manos, sin tener que hacer un abordaje cognitivo que siga sembrando más miedo: “tenemos que lavarnos las manos así porque….”. Es decir un abordaje desde la explicación.
Simplemente introducimos la canción y con nuestro ejemplo modelamos cómo se hace. Los niños aprenden a través de la imitación. Sus neuronas espejo les ayudarán a seguir los movimientos e irán acompañando la actividad con la canción que irán aprendiendo poco a poco.
